Our Services

Private Personal Training

Private personal training is where you work one-on-one with a personal trainer using a customized training plan that your trainer builds specifically for you. Whether you are interested in getting stronger, working through injury rehabilitation, getting back into fitness after a period of time away, looking to improve the way you move, or focused on lifelong wellness, our personal trainers will customize a plan to get you where you want to be.

Partner Personal Training

Partner personal training is where you and a partner work together with a personal trainer — this can be a more economical option for some! You each still benefit from a program that is customized to you and still each get individualized attention from your trainer as well. Your partner could be your spouse, another family members, a friend, a coworker, or anyone who you want to work on your fitness goals with.

Home Program Design

We also design customized programs for you to do on your own, based on your ability level and goals. This service is best for you if you want to workout on your own, but need guidance from a professional about what to do and how to achieve your desired outcomes. The programs our trainers build can be designed to accommodate any space, facility, and whatever equipment is available.
